Rates:

$120 per 55-minute session.

Please note that appointments which start late or end early are billed at the full rate.

 

Reduced Fee:

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

 

Insurance

I accept self paying clients. For clients who have a PPO "Out of Network" option, I will provide a "Super Bill" for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Payment:

For Telehealth sessions: Please pay with a credit card prior to our session start.

Instructions for credit card charges will be available on my "Simple Practice" site after our first consultation.

For In Office sessions: Cash and checks are accepted at time of service.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment time and you have not notified me by 5:00 the previous day, you will be charged for the full session. If you do not show to your appointment you will be responsible for the full $120.00 session fee. Payments must be paid prior to scheduling the next appointment.  You may be required to have a Credit Card agreement on file.
